Surgery of Brachial Plexus
Management of Brachial Plexus injuries requires special skills, a committed team and good infrastructure. The Plastic & Reconstructive surgery team at Ganga Hospital possesses all these.
They've been working in this speciality for over 25 years and since it's inception, a Special clinic has been started to take care of these patients.
They can come on any Mon / Wed / Fri between 10 - 12 pm and meet the lead doctors.
The injuries that occur in Adults & Children differ both in the method of causation, the management required and the potential outcome. These patients require so many different types of skill sets ranging from procedure on the bone to extremely complex microsurgical procedures that require repair of blood vessels < 1 mm.
We are happy and proud that the unit at Ganga Hospital is one of the few centres where we could do the whole gambit of surgical procedures that are needed.
The surgical unit is backed up by wonderful physiotherapy team.
Please go through the website and if you have any futher questions don't hesitate to send a mail to rajahand@gmail.com
