Laravel Developer (MERN Stack is a Plus)	IT	We are seeking a highly skilled Laravel Developer to join our development team. The primary focus will be on building and maintaining robust backend systems using Laravel and working with relational databases such as MySQL and MongoDB. Experience with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) will be considered a valuable added advantage, as some projects may involve full-stack development. Core Responsibilities (Laravel): Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Laravel. Build and integrate RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications. Manage and structure databases using MySQL and MongoDB. Implement Laravel features such as middleware, queues, events, notifications, and authentication. Write clean, reusable, well-documented PHP code following best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing Laravel applications. Database Management (Primary): Work extensively with MySQL and MongoDB for database design, migrations, optimization, and queries. Added Advantage (MERN Stack): Ability to work with Node.js (Express) for backend tasks when needed. Basic to intermediate experience with React for UI development.
