Telemedicine Policy
1. This privacy policy is for services provided by Ganga Hospital, an organisation using the Connect2MyDoctor platform developed by Neev Labs IT Solutions India Pvt Limited on web (www.connect2mydoctor.com/gangahospital) and mobile application with the name - Ganga Telemedicine under the contract signed between both organisations. Ganga Hospitals has its registered office at 313, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore, India. In case, you need to get in touch with us, please send email to us at gangawebmaster@gmail.com.
Neev Labs has licensed the connect2mydoctor.com platform on web and mobile to Ganga Hospital Limited. During this contract period, all patient information is securely stored in state-of-the-art data centre facilities.
2. Kinds of Personal Information collected
In the course of conducting our business, we collect personal information from you including, but not limited to:

Your title;
Your contact details (including street address, postal address, email address and phone number);

Your gender;
Your date of birth;
Your next of kin;

Options for users to upload files to upload patient private files in the form of reports in various file formats like but not limited to ZIP, JPEG, PNG, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, DICOM (DCM)
Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library
We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.
We may collect and store the clinical notes and / or clinical assessments of health care service providers (‘Providers’) who are registered with us, which relate to your consultation with the respective Provider. The personal information we collect is reasonably necessary for the purposes of conducting and improving our business and our products and services. Given the nature of the products and services we offer, some of the information we collect may be sensitive information including health information. If you wish to delete your profile from the Website, and the App please contact us by writing to our Privacy Officer at privacy@connect2my.doctor . Please be aware there may be residual information left behind on our servers from your profile / personal information which is beyond our control. If applicable, any legal requirement on us to maintain certain records of your personal information shall prevail over any of your requests.
10. Applicable Laws
The Website and the App is controlled from our offices and group companies. This Privacy Policy will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamilnadu - India. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore India. If any provision of this Privacy Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of this Privacy Policy which will continue in full force and effect.
