Congenital Pseudoarthosis of Tibia

Congenital pseudoarthrosis of the tibia is a disorder of the tibia (leg bone) which is quite challenging to treat. Various treatment methods have been described in the literature and we are one of the few centres doing advanced microsurgical reconstruction for this condition for more than 10 years. The following procedures are done for this condition:

• Resection & dual onlay bone grafting
• Radical resection & vascularized fibula grafting
