He was honoured by Prof. Shantaram Shetty, Prof. Sharath Rao and Dr. K. Raghuveer Adiga. This oration was started by the Canara Orthopaedic Society in fond remembrance of late Prof M.Sudhakar Shetty who was a passionate teacher and who started the popular post-graduate teaching course named ‘Mangalore Orthoapedic Course’."
