About The Doctor


Dr J. Dheenadhayalan joined the department in 1992 after basic training at Mysore Medical College. He had his advanced training at Nuffield Orthopaedic Center and Milton Keynes General Hospital UK and fellowship training in joint replacement at Tubingen and Regensberg, Germany. He is a Founder Member of the APOA trauma section. He holds member position in AO Trauma and was a council member of South Zone Region of India. He is a life member of Shoulder Society of India. He was the editor of Tamil Nadu Orthopaedic Journal and Assistant Editor to Indian Journal of Orthopaedics. His fields of interests are shoulder surgery and surgery in complex trauma situations. past, he is the President of Tamil Nadu Orthopaedic Association. Currently he is the education officer of AO Trauma - India
