When Admission is advised by the OPD Consultant, the patient is directed to the Admission Office where a bed is arranged, and admission formalities ensue after financial counselling. Insurance patients would have a TPA Insurance form shared with the Admission Office. for more details click here

Admissions
Admission to the hospital are under two circumstances
Elective : The admission could be because your attending physician has advised you to do so.
Emergent : The admission could be because your attending physician has advised you to do so.
Elements you will require for a seamless healthcare experience
Your hospital records, test reports(old/recent), list of medications taken and current medications
List of allergy to medications,if any
Medical summaries or hospital stays, recent in nature, if any
Your insurance card
Change of clothes, toiletries, nightwear, slippers, eyeglass / hearing aid / dentures (if using) and any prescription medications taken regularly
The following documents would be required at the time of admission:
- Medical records
- Diagnostic test results/investigation reports
- Completed Admission Form
- Address and ID Proof
- Employee ID for Corporate Patients
In addition to insurance, all payment modes (cash, debit/credit and online transfers) are accepted.
