Dr Pandi kumar Ramachandran has graduated from Madras medical college for the year 2007, with a University gold medal in clinical pharmacology in the year 2009.He passed his undergraduation with honours. Since then he worked as a junior resident in National Healthcare group in Singapore from 2014 to 2017 and has been awarded as Employee of the month in his clinical rotation in Medical oncology for the year 2016,in Johns Hopkins International Medical centre. He was an Infection control ambassador to promote hand hygiene during his tenure in Singapore.He performed closely with pioneer professors in geriatrics in Singapore and the UK. He has cleared his exams from the Membership of Royal College of Physicians (London) part 1 and 2 and he worked as a Specialist medical registrar in Queens hospital,London in 2019.He was known amongst his peers in England for his approachable nature and genuine approach and he received numerous compliments from his colleagues and patients for his professional and friendly nature. His interest in quality control is manifested by his certificate on hospital audits, conflict resolution, infection control and various quality improvement projects in the UK and Singapore.
He was a speaker on Dengue awareness organised by Indian Medical Association ( IMA) in the year 2018. He coordinated various dementia related conferences and meetings in Singapore and also Volunteered a Alzheimer's friend circle activities in the UK. He was a facilitator for the students of Singapore Institute of Technology and also conducted teachings for medical students of LKC school of medicine, Singapore during his tenure from 2014 to 2017. He has been working as a Tutor for Truro medical school in the University of Exeter, England from 2019 to till date. His clinical interest in Rheumatology and elderly care has been well established in his practices in India, Singapore and the United Kingdom.
