After finishing his post-graduation training, he had advanced training in Flinders Medical Centre in Australia and also short-term training at Arthroscopic Centres in France and Cape Town, South Africa. He started the Arthroscopy & sports medicine department at Ganga Hospital in 2004. He has won the Best Paper Awards in Indian Arthroscopy meetings of 2008 and 2013 and consultant medals in 2013, 2014 & 2017 of Tamil Nadu Orthopedic Association. He\r\nis conducting Ganga Arthroscopy course and rehabilitation course every alternate year with attendance of more than 500 delegates.
